There are some [comments](https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/blob/4c98bf2d938bf7d28f4966ebdbd93a6e2a5757cf/cssom-view/Overview.bs#L904) about fingerprinting in CSSOM View. It's better to make them more visible, perhaps by using this Bikeshed feature (after it's landed): tabatkins/bikeshed#964
