SebastianZ has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts: == [css-transforms][css-backgrounds][css-images][css-fonts] == CSS Values and Units 3 [defines several combined percentage data types](https://drafts.csswg.org/css-values-3/#percentages), which clarify how the percentages will be computed in the end. These types should be used within the syntax definitions of the other specifications.
