Alright, thanks for your answer! In my opinion the `overflow-style` shouldnt be implemented, because the efficiency wouldnt be as good as a scrollbar-style. With my "position: absolute;" suggestion you would have a overlay-scrollbar plus you would be free to position it as you want (example: `top: 0; left : 0; bottom: auto; right: auto;` would position the scrollbar to the left side.
