Correct me if I’m wrong, @dauwhe, but book sizes are much less 
standardized than loose sizes and they tend to use round values. The 
ISO sizes, on the other hand, have awful numbers to remember, because 
they’re designed to keep the same aspect ratio, so keywords are very 
useful for them.
