Hi,
In css-masking spec, we have a definition of how to compute stroke 
bounding box:
https://drafts.fxtf.org/css-masking-1/#stroke-bounding-box

But I do not really understand how to evaluate stroke bounding box of 
these elements
> a graphics element without <use> or <image>
> a container element
It seems spec does not define the behavior for them. Should I just 
return BBox of these kind of elements?
