First of six meetings of CredWeb group will be Nov 3

Dear members of the CredWeb group,

The results of the poll are in, and the first of our six meetings will be
Nov. 3 at UTC 15:00. (That's 8 a.m. in the west coast, 9 a.m. in my home in
the Mountain Time Zone, 10 a.m. Central, 11 a.m. in the East, 3 p.m. in
England and 4 p.m. in Continental Europe. And if we can recruit a member
from the atoll of Kiribati, the meeting will start at 5 a.m. Thursday. *Kam
na mauri!)*

One note: I created the calendar entries to expire after six meetings. I
understand that this is optimistic, but I really want to try to stick to
that if at all possible. One key to making that possible will be the
preparation of the participants before each meeting. Thanks in advance for
having some high-level familiarity with the background documents and goals
for this project.
