BBC Trust in News conference

Hello,

Please see below details of a BBC-organised "Trust in News" conference, running 22 to 24 March 2021.

The agenda I hope should be of interest to members of this group - in particular day 3, which covers Project Origin:

"We'll hear about the latest technology to track and secure the provenance of content. Understand how it will work and help you to prove that media hasn't been tampered with."

Note: I work at the BBC but do not have direct involvement in Project Origin.

Here are the registration links, one for each day of the conference:

Project Origin has recently joined with the Adobe-led Content Authenticity Initiative to form the Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity (C2PA), which has been established to address the prevalence of disinformation, misinformation and online content fraud through developing technical standards for certifying the source and history or provenance of media content..
