Re: meeting 24 hours from now

OK, our meeting starts in about 45 minutes, and I just made the agenda!

It's here
<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1GgK8-tZgaltPWC1PJZrEvBHbMcvKOv4LMWiNMULSe2E/edit?usp=sharing>
.

I think we'll actually be able to get through the agenda in less than an
hour, but heads up that I will be looking for volunteers to help write some
of the actual questions between now and the January meeting. Stephanie and
Stefan did an amazing job coming up with the general topics in that whiteboard
document
<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1-75lkoT0JIYgoJDtqozUwDuQFopGSnTt1IkFUKFZasE/edit?usp=sharing>,
and many of those are already in the form of questions, but there will need
to be some work done to make it more like a questionnaire.

For those of you who can make it, see you soon. For those of you just
lurking, we'll have an updated github page and a document for you to look
at soon enough!

Thanks,
