tomorrow's signal

No one else was quite ready, so I took at stab at a signal for tomorrow. 
If one comes in before the meeting I'm happy to talk about it to too.

I was aiming at a more-general and fine-grained version of NewQ's 
"article attribution" 
<https://credweb.org/signals-beta/#article-attribution> and ended up 
with just linking articles with their author pages, or more generally 
created works with their creator profile pages.  Lots of edge cases, but 
maybe a simple framing like this covers 80% of the cases?  Take a look:
