Reminders

1. We moved the weekly meeting day to *Wednesday*, and made it an hour 
later. It's now 2pm ET.

2. We've going to try having a task force to focus on the more 
deeply-technical issues of *data formats, protocols, and APIs*.

3. The floor is open for *proposals* of signal definitions to review, 
with a deadline of 25 hours before each meeting. Suggested format is to 
copy the first one

and edit all the fields in [square brackets]. (25 hours == enough time 
that I can look it over and include it in the agenda which I try to send
