Schedule changes

At Tuesday's meeting, we agreed to postpone the topics previously 
scheduled for Dec 10 to Dec 17, to better fit the schedules of the 
people involved. Topic for next week (Dec 10) is to continue the 
discussion on NewsQ Signals, and signals and signal interoperability in 
general. After Dec 17 we'll skip two weeks and resume on Jan 6.
