poll on meeting this week

We're not ready to vote this week on releasing the Report, because I 
have not yet made the revisions to address people's comments.  (I did 
come up with an interesting table of User-Facing Credibility Features

though, trying to organize things a bit)

Since I think that's our major work-item for the General Meetings, I'm 
inclined to again skip this week.
