Poll for July Meeting

Here's a survey for possible meeting dates for a face-to-face meeting in 
July in the San Francisco bay area.

We'll support remote participation, so feel free to vote if you're going 
to connect remotely for much of the time (which may require significant 
time shifting).

It's an "if need be" poll, so you can express times that are 
barely-acceptable by using a second click.

I expect we'll make a final decision in about 2 weeks, giving 8+ weeks 
lead on travel planning.

I've included July 31st in the poll on the assumption that the 
Decentralized Web Summit

(which I'm hoping to attend) actually starts in the evening of the 31st, 
so it would not conflict.
