With your support, the Network Maintenance Notifications Community Group has been launched: http://www.w3.org/community/net-maint/ This group was originally proposed on 2020-03-17 by Ryan Gunter. The following people supported its creation: Ryan Gunter Nathan Azevedo Shane Mountain DEREK NICHOLSON Eric Cables To join the group, please use: http://www.w3.org/community/net-maint/join Please note that supporting a group is different from joining a group. Supporters must also enroll if they wish to participate. -------------------- The objective of this community is to discuss the possibility of creating a schema to describe network maintenance notifications. This topic has received traction in the industry, and thus a standard should at least be discussed. Currently the industry is adopting embedded metadata within iCalendar attachments, as well as APIs. A standard could be used in both of these scenarios. This group may or may not decide to create specifications. -------------------- Thank you, W3C Community Development Team
