Can an admin please unsubscribe?

The W3C's mailing list server is badly misconfigured and broken, and does
not respond to unsubscribe confirmation emails. Worse, the
public-council-request@w3.org alias just forwards to list-help@w3.org, so
it's not possible to get a human (there are no admin email addresses listed
on the W3C mailing list pages after several minutes of investigation).

Obviously, it'd be great to have these things fixed, but in the meantime,
can someone please unsubscribe me from this list?
