This group was originally proposed on 2014-02-06
by Laurie Reynolds. The following people supported its
creation:

The group will work on a controlled vocabulary describing Properties and
Services for Things which from part of water and wastewater
infrastructure.  Context is around standardised data models used for
monitoring and control purposes.
