With your support, the Web Array Math Community Group has been launched: http://www.w3.org/community/webarraymath/ To join: http://www.w3.org/community/webarraymath/join This group was originally proposed on 2013-11-14 by Marcus Geelnard. The following people supported its creation: Marcus Geelnard Robin Berjon Doug Schepers Jens Nockert Olivier Thereaux Colin Clark -------------------- The purpose of this group is to develop a specification for high performance, low latency typed array processing for the Web. The basic idea is to create an API that makes it possible to utilize hardware level parallelism, such as SIMD instructions, by providing methods that operate on whole arrays rather than single elements at a time. -------------------- Thank you, W3C Community Development Team
