IRC channels in left toolbar available

Hi all,

We can now include URIs to your chat channels (IRC or other) in the left toolbar of your home page. If you are using IRC (or another chat service available via a URI) let me know.

PS: W3C IRC URIs have this form for the channel #foo:
  irc://irc.w3.org:6665/foo
