Numbers on URLs

I want to have a number after our homepage URL, such as: 
   http://www.w3.org/community/odrl/2.0/
or
  http://www.w3.org/community/odrl/20/

but each time i try, it adds a hyphen between the numbers like:
  http://www.w3.org/community/odrl/2-0/

Editing the permalink makes no difference….
