[F2F] Wiki page

Hi all,

Just created a wiki page for our June 25-26, F2F in Palo Alto, CA:

It's pretty empty right now, but will get filled up in the next couple of
days.

I'm also taking this opportunity to introduce and thank Madeleine Douglas
and Vanessa Stella who are handling the logistics of this event and
without whom this event couldn't take place.

Finally, please don't forget to fill-in the attendance questionnaire
(https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/52857/coremob-menlo/) for the F2F, whether
or not your planning to come. Thanks.
