[W3C AB project - synchronization and consistency] update of wiki page

A quick note to mention that interview with Ian J, head of W3C communication has been reported on the wiki page https://www.w3.org/wiki/AB/2014-2015_Priorities/w3c_synchro_consistency_plan/Project_follow_up
Next interviews will be related to TAG activity, specifiction usage under discourse [1] and domain lead.
