User-side consent mechanisms using ADPC and DPV

Hi All. Please see attached document.

As I mentioned in the previous call, here is a gist of things I've 
worked on regarding ADPC and consenting in general.

Unfortunately, the disk containing my data has been corrupted and I've 
no finished presentable version of either the paper or the code. So 
rather than wait for me to rewrite both the text and code, I'm sharing 
what last draft I have to enable discussions to progress within the group.
