Typographical right double quotation marks should be neutral quote marks in Example 6 of H30.

Proposed Change:
This coding snippet error is also in Example 5 of SCR35 and Example 1 of SL19.

The typo has been in H30 for quite a while, sorry for not catching it sooner!
