Working Group Resolution (LC-2867): Ibrahim, July 11, 2013 was a public review draft of the techniques and understanding documents. These documents were finalized on September 5, 2013. On each document there is a link to a diff-marked version of the document where you can view the specific changes made in the document as compared to the previous version. We hope this helps. ----
