Response from the Working Group

The WG thanks you for your input. This potential new use of definition list
elements in this other context will be investigated for relation to a
possible new/other technique and/or other SC. This is tracked in our
ACTION-144 <http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/track/actions/144>. The use proposed
in your suggestion does not seem appropriate for the description of H40 and
for SC 3.1.3.
