I have a link to ta federal website. The link is correct. I have tested it from various computer and at different times of the day. During day time the link is broken (violating 2.4.4), but around 6 to 8 in the evening the link is back up (passing 2.4.4)
Do I have any options other than removing the link until 6 in the evening?
If no, it will be very cumbersome.
