It isn\'t clear what \"or other primary resources\" means other than a set of Web units.

Proposed Change:
Delete \"or other primary resources\", or define what a \"primary resource\" is.

The former is preferable as there are enough terms already - \"Web unit\",

\"authored unit\", and \"authored component\".

Alternatively, replace \"or other primary resources\" with \"or authored

components\", as this seems the most relevant term.
