Name: Christophe Strobbe Email: christophe.strobbe@esat.kuleuven.be Affiliation: DocArch - K.U.Leuven Document: W2 Item Number: conformance-claims Part of Item: Comment Type: technical Comment (Including rationale for any proposed change): Item 4 of \'optional components of a conformance claim\' reads: \"A list of user agents that the content has been tested on. This *should* include assistive technologies\" (emphasis added). \'Should\' is not a very useful verb in optional information: it boils down to a non-requirement within a non-requirement. Proposed Change: Replace item 4 of \'optional components of a conformance claim\' with: \"A list of user agents, including assistive technologies, that the content has been tested on.\"
