It might be a little late, but the idea of writing such an article came just after a lecture about WCAG 2.0 at an informal developer meeting in Frankfurt, where I found that I disagree with many issues Joe Clark raised in his article at A List Apart. http://learningtheworld.eu/2006/to-hell-with-joe-clark/ That doesn't mean I'm glad about the current state of the WCAG 2.0, but I think there's a potential of getting things right.
