All of the WCAG 2.0 documents are working drafts.

The most recent publicly released version of the WORKING DRAFT of 2.0 
is always at <http://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG20/> 

The only released version of the standards (that is a standard)
is version 1.0 which is Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0 and is at

I need to cite your excellent guidance on acssessibility in formal project
documents. I did not understand WHICH VERSION is the latest STABLE /
RELEASED version.
Though I would appreciate reading working drafts of upcoming releases for my
personal development, I need to understand which the the most recent
RELEASED document version, and its DATE.
