Cancel DEC 13 call and reconvene on JAN 10

Hi all,

I plan to cancel our DEC 13 call: I have not seen substantial updates
on our action items and feedback has just started to trickle in on our
strawman.

I am not sure if a call on DEC 27 makes sense given the light
attendance we are likely to get, so I think we should plan on
reconvening on January 10
