[wiki] Component Services, Computational Linguistics and Document Semantics

Collaborative Software Community Group,

As indicated in an earlier thread, [wiki] Advanced Input and Editing Scenarios and API (http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-collaboration/2014Mar/0002.html), documents can interoperate with multiple component services simultaneously.

Component services can provide document semantics (e.g. topic sentences, keywords, grammatical and rhetorical structure) and component services can utilize such document semantics. Accordingly, a means to interconnect services, with services producing and consuming data based upon documents, could be part of a Document Services API.
