Hi, folks, at yesterday's COGA meeting, we discussed the first pattern we've reformatted using the V2 template. But not every member was at the meeting, so we're sending out this call for consensus to the full task force.

Quick background

  * Make the purpose of your page or view clear<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1uAVRkNIgd3XlUIGQ6Gq-ZOcnwsFvIM9UJ1dNyHq8NSQ/edit?pli=1&tab=t.bsh23yg8s3cz> has been reformatted, edited, and reviewed by the Global Inclusion community group.
  * The "overview" tab<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1uAVRkNIgd3XlUIGQ6Gq-ZOcnwsFvIM9UJ1dNyHq8NSQ/edit?pli=1&tab=t.qcrz9e2yjwu1> has more context on why we're reformatting.
  * There are still a few things we need to work out, such as where is the best place in each pattern to put the "WCAG compatibility notes."
  * This pattern is one of a small number of reformatted patterns that we're planning to publish this fall so we can get feedback from the public before we decide whether/how to reformat the rest of "Making Content Usable."
  * You can use a margin comment to add your questions and suggestions.

Call for consensus (CfC): Please reply with your vote

  * +1 if this is ready to move into GitHub so we can get feedback from the public on the V2 format
  *   0 if you're not sure
  * -1 if you have major concerns that need to be addressed before we seek public feedback

Deadline to respond

  * This Sunday, September 21st, by end of day

  * Eric, many thanks for scribing—these minutes are very helpful/easy to follow!
