COGA: Today's 11am meeting will focus on AG's charter renewal

Hi, folks, anyone from COGA is welcome to join today's 11am ET subgroup
meeting.

*At today's meeting: *We'll discuss the proposed requirements in AG's
charter renewal. In particular, we need to weigh in on which specific
metrics AG will use to aim to meet over the next two years.

   - AG has drafted SMART goals, which is another way of talking about key
   performance indicators (KPIs).
   - We need to look at the specifics that are being proposed for each
   requirement.
   - We'll start with the big-picture comments in the GitHub thread
   <https://github.com/w3c/wcag3/discussions/306>.
   - If we have time, we'll also discuss specific wording in the google doc
   <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1izD_3MNyj_w0eprdihkxOioreFA9qHHZAiu8isJQEzQ/edit?tab=t.0#heading=h.dcuipmcczae3>

*Next week: *AG wants first-round comments in by end of day Monday, May
19th. Anyone can add comments to the GitHub thread or google doc. It's
unclear what the overall timeline is, but we should aim to raise any major
concerns by this Monday.
