Hi Folks

This week let's discuss the new pattern proposal on triggers <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Itskr4srybRQa7hyIqMRiOPyjFyKB9apHYWdvGRb6gE/edit?tab=t.0> from the mental health subgroup.
Note that anywhere outside the US that has not changed their clocks will be an hour earlier! (Until your location also changes the clocks for summer.) I think the times for the coga call  are:

Time
11 am Eastern Time
3 pm  UK Time
5 pm  Israel
8.30 pm India
