Hi Folks We had a mandate from Mondays call to think/ work out some legistics about potentially redoing the subgroups into research and guidance. My current thought is: - Have a regular time for a guidance group (such as Thursdays 11 EST). The topics can alternate between: the internationalisation work, AG support and the cognitive accessibility guidance working draft - Have a regular time for research groups (such as Thursdays 9 EST). The topics can alternate between: Issue paper, Mental health etc - Have a regular call for everyone, were we coordinate actions and review / build consensus on drafts from the groups (such as Monday 11 EST) I added draft/ example tabs of what it would look like in our actions document <https://docs.google.com/document/d/15HtPkkYx1CIl6bAwP2nsSZKhqTVbqcuMDRz5RmtmvXg/edit?tab=t.4kyzeikt0vxv> . People could attend all the weekly calls or just one or two. The aim is to reduce cognitive load and allow people to focus on part of our activities without getting lost by the huge amount that we do. (Generalists may prefer to attend just the full group call) Does this work for everyone (ignoring the time)? Let's discuss this on Monday's call, and if it is worth trying we can start next week.
