Hi Folks Following our call on ways to engage with COGA, there was a comment that our scope is overwhelming. I was wondering if we could address that a bit by dividing the group/ subgroups according to our main tasks. They are - Practical advice (writing cognitive guidance, Helping WCAG 3, testing, internationalization ) - Research (Mental health, issue papers, user research) Clearly the advice depends on the research but the people doing the work tend to focus on one group or another. We can then have a set call for group 1, and a set call for group two. We can have a monthly call pulling together, reporting and having proposals between the two. That way people can decide to only be part of one group and limit the amount of documents, calls that they need to track I made an initial drawing of it here in the orientation document <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1dBEEM_5hTGiuR15pqdcjv22ZRpMszT_at7W0-3QQLlc/edit?tab=t.0> . -- All the best Lisa Seeman-Horwitz LinkedIn <http://il.linkedin.com/in/lisaseeman/>, Twitter <https://twitter.com/SeemanLisa>
