Re: [EXTERNAL] Re: scope of the issue papers

Based on todays call, my discussion with Kevin and Rebbeca's comments here
are now the sentences to add:


1. These modules focus on explaining the issues that lead to diverse user
needs impacting web accessibility. For this reason, they may sometimes
address a broader scope than web accessibility alone


2. Below are some  ideas that might help meet user needs above. Note that
digital solutions should also meet *wcag*,* making content useable*


3. Digitally assisted wayfinding addresses aspects between the digital and
physical. There may be solutions in the physical space,  however we are
focusing on digital solutions.


4. Solutions headings may be changed to:

Possible Solutions for Meeting User Needs.


Please let me know if there are any issues with these sentences. We hope to
put them into the documents tomorrow.
