COGA [time-sensitive]: WCAG 3 12-question exercise due Monday, August 25th

Hi, COGA, I'm sharing an optional WCAG 3 exercise in case any of you want
to participate.

*Background*

   - This fall, the AG chairs will lead the working group to refine the
   WCAG 3 criteria for determining which requirements are foundational versus
   supplemental.
   - To help prepare for those conversations, the AG chairs distributed a
   short exercise today that uses a survey format.
   - This exercise is optional, but it's interesting and not super long, so
   hopefully some COGA members will participate.

*Survey*

   - The first section provides more background on foundational versus
   supplemental requirements.
   - The rest of the survey lists 12 draft requirements and asks you to say
   whether you think each one should be foundational or supplemental and to
   explain why you feel that way.

*Deadline*

   - Responses are due by the end of this Monday, August 25th (23:59 Boston
   time).
