Time-sensitive COGA request: WCAG 3 participation survey ends Tuesday, August 5th

Hi, COGA folks, now is a good time to think about whether or how you'd like
to participate in WCAG 3 for the second half of the year.

   - If you're already part of a WCAG subgroup and would like to keep being
   part of it, great! If you're interested in switching to a different
   subgroup, now is a good time to make that change.
   - If you have not been part of a WCAG 3 subgroup, now is a good time to
   consider joining. If you join a subgroup, you'll be expected to spend two
   or more hours a week on WCAG 3. (This is in addition to the work you do for
   COGA.)
