Optional for COGA: Weigh in on updates to the WCAG 3 requirements by EOD Tuesday, October 15th

Hi, folks, I'm reaching out to give everyone in COGA an opportunity to add
comments if you want to.

*Context and key details*

   -

AG is updating its high-level description of what WCAG 3 needs to do in
   the next phase of development.
   -

The updates include adding the need for “broad disability support” and
specifically mentions “cognitive and learning disabilities”—these are good
   changes!
   -

I have no major concerns about the changes other than one wordsmithing
suggestion on how to make the Readability section easier to understand.
   (Oh, the irony!)

*Timeline*

   -

Comments on the pull request <https://github.com/w3c/wcag3/pull/117>need
   to be submitted by Tuesday.
   -

A CFC (call for consensus) will be sent later next week.
