Moving Online Safety Issue Paper V2 Draft And Technology-Assisted Indoor Navigation / Wayfinding Issue Paper to Github

Hi Folks
I would like to move the following papers to github to be part of the next
editors draft of issues papers. However once they are moved it is much
harder to add comments. Does anyone want more time to review them before
they are moved to github?

Beca is it Ok If I move them?
