Hi, COGA, fill out this survey by July 8 to be part of the next WCAG 3 sprints

Hi, COGA folks, now is a great time to get involved in developing WCAG 3
outcomes!

*Subgroups starting in late July for 6 WCAG 3 outcomes*
The AG chairs are getting ready to start 8-week sprints for 6 WCAG 3
outcomes. Two of these subgroups (implied meaning and section labels) have
a strong tie-in to COGA's clear-language work:

   1. *Adjust Color: *Users are able to adjust color schemes
   2. *Haptic stimulation: *Protects users from haptic over-stimulation
   3. *Implied meaning in figurative language: *Explain figurative language
or non-literal language such as jokes, sarcasm, hyperbole, metaphors,
   similes, and idioms.
   4. *Keyboard Only: *All functionality can be performed through the
keyboard interface only, except where the underlying function requires
input that depends on the path of the user's movement and not just the
   endpoints.
   5. *Section Labels: *Sections of content have clear visual and
   programmatic labeled
   6. *Voice Interaction *Scratchpad (No guidance is yet written. This is
just starting at the scratchpad phase)

Ideally, I'd like COGA to keep leading the work on implied meaning and to
also have a big presence on section labels. So please join if you have time
in your schedule!

*Here's how to get involved: *

   - FIll out AG's subgroup survey
   <https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35422/subgroups-june-24/> by July 8th.
   - Prioritize which subgroup[s] you want to be part of.
   - Indicate what times you are available to meet each week.
   - Only sign for a subgroup if:
      - You can devote 4 hours a week to the subgroup, in addition to other
      W3C commitments.
      - You can attend 6 of the 8 weeks, from the week of July 29th through
      the end of September.

I'm reachable today and tomorrow if you have questions, but will be out of
the office for the next two weeks. Feel free to reach out to the AG chairs
if you have any questions while I'm away: group-ag-chairs@w3.org

Thanks very much,
Julie
