Hi, COGA folks, heads-up about the WCAG 3 subgroup meeting times

Hi, COGA folks, the WCAG 3 subgroups will meet again tomorrow/Tuesday in
breakout sessions during AG's regular meeting at 11am ET. But for the month
of August, the subgroups will come up with different days/times to meet.

I reached out earlier today to members of the Implied Meaning subgroup. But
if you are part of one of the other WCAG 3 subgroups, you can expect to
hear from your subgroup leader this week about a new meeting time for
August.

To share your availability with your subgroup leader:

   1. Go to the WCAG 3 subgroup availability spreadsheet

   2. Select the tab for your subgroup.
   3. Add a new row and label it with your name.
   4. Go through the columns that use abbreviations for the day of the week
   plus the New York City time zone for the meeting. Examples:
      - "M, 09" means "Monday at 9am ET"
      - "M, 14" means "Monday at 2pm ET"
   5. Fill in your availability with "Yes" or "No."
   6. If you have trouble filling in this spreadsheet, please contact your
   subgroup leader or ask about it during tomorrow's breakout session. (Or you
