  *   For the shared decision making document I started drafting the section on informed consent.
  *   I messaged John Kirkwood in the document as he requested, letting him know it is ready for him to review.
  *   Next, John will take a look at the draft, edit, then message me.
  *   I will take another review of the draft, then message Lisa when it is ready for further review.
