summary from findability call

Hi Folks

We had a call on findability before the coga call this week. We intend to
have another call on two weeks at the same time (on the 15th July)
Let us know if you want to attend but can not make that time.

*Summary so far: *

   1. Need to add: understanding where you are in site hierarchy. Emphasize
   context.
   2. Need to add:different people are supported differently and a
surface level search should be available for people who struggle finding
content in the hierarchy (such as allowing F1 on a site map)
   3. Point out considerations: Such as figuring out what belongs in
different categories will lose people and the less clear they are the worse
it will be. Deap menu structure can also be too many steps for some people.
Others get overwhelmed by too many options and links on a single page.
Where clear categories could not be found and categories are ambiguous,
options may be repeated. Hence options for site navigation preferred.
   4. Use term "findability" (from previous call)

*Next steps*:
Rain will put these conclusions into the new outline and we will reevaluate.
