Reminder: COGA Structure subgroup meeting on Thursday, February 29

This is a reminder that the COGA v2 Structure subgroup will be meeting on
Thursday, February 29, from 11am-12pm ET. We will:

   - Align on an approach to address language edits and actual wording
   - Determine how we want to approach prototyping and user testing
