COGA folks, your Github 👍 or 👎 requested by end of day Feb 26th 2024

Hi, COGA folks, please weigh in by end of day Monday on an agenda item that
will be discussed at AG's meeting on Tuesday at 11am ET.

This AG agenda item is highly relevant to COGA's work:

*Picking the first set of outcomes to develop for WCAG 3:*

   - *Background:*
      - AG wants to select a small but diverse group of outcomes to focus
on initially as a way to pressure-test the WCAG 3 templates, etc.
      - The proposed set includes one outcome from Clear Language:
         - *Implied meaning in figurative language*: Explain figurative
language or non-literal language such as jokes, sarcasm, hyperbole,
         metaphors, similes, and idioms.
      - Github discussion thread:
   - *Your action requested:*
      - If you like AG's proposed set of first outcomes, add 👍 to Rachael's
      - If you don't like the proposed set, add 👎 and a comment explaining
      your concerns.
      - If you're neutral or not sure which way you want to vote, add 👀 so
AG will know you're watching this discussion.

If you'd like to attend the AG meeting on Tuesday, scroll down for
information on how to join, thanks.
