cancelling Structure Subgroup meeting today

Hello COGA Task Force,

My apologies for a last minute cancellation of the structure subgroup
meeting today. I have an unexpected doctor's appointment (grateful they are
fitting me in, though).

I'll send an update no later than EOD tomorrow (Friday) with next steps and
templates that we can start trying to put the pattern content into.
