Github call tomorrow

Hi Folks
We are having our Github and editing call on thursday for two hours

On the agenda so far we have

   - Schedules (anticipated changes for the new template )
   - Pull requests
   - Addressing github issues and anticipated changes for the new template
   - Hopefully finishing off current proposed edits
